Ford/Packard 2.5 mile test track in Utica, Michigan. The event brought out
not only Shelbys, but some great Fords as well. The event was highlighted by
Barry Rabotnick's wild NOS-fed 8-barrel 390 '69 Torino, which blew it's load
on the third pass around the big track. As the FE's bottom end let go, it
spewed oil all over the car and track, causing quite a smokey spin-out. The
club had radar setup, and Barry was clocked at 115-mph.....going backwards!
