Dennis White's Fords

I love your website! Here are a few pictures of my cars present and past. I built & painted all of these myself in three different decades.

Current – 1964 Falcon Sprint – I completely restored this car in 2006. I went for a 60’s A/FX look. It has a .030 over 289 with Crane cam, Blue Thunder Intake W/ 450 cfm Holley Carbs. 427 Pentroof valve covers made possible with Dr. Hartman’s valve cover adaptors. Hooker Super Competition Headers, Borg Warner 4 speed. Interior restored back to stock. I did the paint, interior and engine work myself.

Past – 1964 Fairlane – This is a factory “K” code. I bought and restored this after I quit racing. The car was 90% original when I purchased it. I painted it code”X” Vintage Burgundy, re-covered the front seats, re-built the engine and installed factory 289 HP Exhaust Manifolds. This was my pride and joy until I lost it in a divorce! . I Won the “King of the Hill” title at South Mountain Raceway in the Fairlane Club Meet in Carlisle, PA in the late 1980’s.

Past – 1965 Mustang “RENEGADE” – I cut up an “A” code 2+2 to run Modified Production in the mid 70’s, After the E/MP record dropped 1 full second in one year, I decided Super Pro Bracket racing was going to be the best route for me. I raced this car for 8 years at Martin US131 Dragway. For a while we raced Friday Night @ Avilla, IN. Saturday @ Martin and Sunday @ Central Michigan. These pictures were taken at the Division 3 Bracket Finals @ Indy. This car ran low 11’s @ 120 mph with a .030 over 289, Crane Roller Cam, Boss 302 rods, Home Ported Hi Po Heads, Tunnel Ram W/ 660 Holley’s. She launched hard with a 5:83 Strange Rear End and 2:78 first gear Top Loader 4 speed. Dennis White 2/3/08
