Bobby Spears Lightweight Galaxie

Bobby Spears drove this 427 Hi-Riser Lightweight 1964 Galaxie to two championships and a NHRA national record in the mid-60's. After selling the Galaxie, Bobby moved on to a another record-holder, a '66 427 Fairlane. Next, Bobby drove a Pro Stock Cammer-powered Maverick, which was built by Tommy Grove at the Holman Moody-Stroppe shop. Bobby found his old Galaxie sitting in a back yard in 2002. He bought it back, and completed it's restoration in 2007.
