Bill Arps Drag Cars
Bill Arps campaigned both a 1968 390 GT Fairlane 500 and a 1969 428 SCJ 4-speed Cougar at Windsor Dragway in Windsor, Ontario. Bill won many races in '68 with the Fairlane, and was the 1969 Stock points champ at Windsor with his "Mr. Lucky" Cougar. |
