Welcome to FordFlashback.com! We love old Fords here (duh!) and you probably
do too, otherwise you wouldn't be here, right?! This site was created as a
tribute to all the great Fast Fords from yesterday, and today as well.
The 1960's Ford and Mercury drag cars are the
primary focus, but many other performance
Ford's are here as well, including Nascar, Road Racing, and Musclecars.
The Ford Flashback.com site rose from the ashes of an old site called
1320 Dreams in July, 2005.
I have been a Ford and a racing enthusiast for 25+ years and have owned a Street/Strip '68 Fairlane since 1982. I got hooked on Fords as a kid and I've owned NOTHING but Fords my entire life. My first trip to a dragstip as a spectator around 1980 got me hooked pretty hard on drag racing, and my first trip down the quarter mile in my Fairlane ignited my infatuation with vintage Ford drag cars. 1320 dreams indeed! Since I sorta missed the 60's, I was busy playing with Matchbox cars, and time travel hasn't been figured out yet, we will try to relive the 60's right here at FordFlashback.com!
